Perituza Software Solutions recently participated in the Technology Career Fair organized by the Faculty of Computing and Technology at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
The event connected aspiring IT professionals with 40 leading local employers, who and shared valuable insights into career development, industry trends, and the evolving demands of the tech landscape.
Following the opening ceremony, our team conducted 103 meet-and-greets , and offered practical feedback to guide students’ professional growth. Our team also answered career-related questions, and shared their personal journeys in the tech industry.

We also added a fun and engaging element to the event with our “Scratch and Win” game, in which participants walked away with gifts and giveaways.
Engaging with the next generation of talent is a cornerstone of Perituza’s commitment to building a stronger, more connected tech community. The career fair provided a meaningful opportunity to introduce students to potential career paths, internships, and opportunities within our organization.
