Perituza recently brought together team members from the United States, Sri Lanka, and India for ReConnect 2023, a global team initiative aimed at strengthening global collaboration, fostering creativity, and celebrating shared values across our teams.

A major highlight of the program was a series of corporate film shoots for the Company’s first marketing campaign, focusing on Company culture, including employee spotlight features. Filmed in Colombo, the production took place across several scenic and iconic locations, including Viharamahadevi Park, Independence Square, Gangaramaya Temple, and the Dutch Hospital. These visuals were designed to capture the unique spirit, energy, and culture that define Perituza’s global team.

As part of our workforce development initiatives, a workshop was also conducted for Perituza team members under the theme “Service Services Us.” This interactive session, facilitated by the renown Dhammika Kalapuge, encouraged participants to reflect on their individual contributions, recognize their full potential, and explore ways to deliver their best to the company and its clients. The workshop sparked meaningful conversations, and inspired renewed commitment to our shared mission.

ReConnect 2023 concluded with a vibrant Sinhala and Tamil New Year celebration at Nuga Gama, a rustic heritage-themed venue at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. The evening featured traditional games with prizes, entertainment by the famed drum troop Naadro, a celebratory luncheon, and moments of joy and connection among colleagues. It was a memorable close to Reconnect, blending professional growth with cultural celebration.

ReConnect 2023 served as a powerful reminder of what makes Perituza unique: our people, our culture, and our shared vision. It reinforced the value of bringing teams together, investing in development, and celebrating our journey as one global family.
