As part of our 2023 Team ReConnect initiative, Perituza took a meaningful step in giving back to the community by sponsoring a vibrant and heartwarming back-to-school party at Weera Madduma Bandara Primary School in Talagala, Sri Lanka. This event, organized through the Perituza Foundation – our nonprofit affiliate – was not just a day of fun and celebration, but also one of inspiration and lasting impact for the students, their families, and the local community.
The day began with a warm and touching welcome ceremony, hosted by the students, teachers, and parents, who greeted our team with open hearts and big smiles. Representatives from our U.S., Sri Lankan, and Indian teams were present at the event, bringing together a diverse group united by a shared mission to make a difference.
To support the educational journey of the students, Perituza donated a duplex printer to the school, enhancing their access to learning materials and resources. Additionally, every student received a personalized school kit filled with essential supplies, preparing them with confidence for the new academic year ahead.
